Raw textured wedding band. This one goes by the name of Ford.

A simple earthy 18k gold band. Ford is about 1.5 - 1.65mm wide and about 1.2 -1.3mm thick. I made her out of a clay like wax to give her a rough porous earthy feel. Although she is quite simple, I chose to make her out of wax and cast her using the lost wax method. I love the subtle softness that the wax forms which is difficult for me to achieve using gold wire. Ford's texture makes the gold have a little shimmer in the light.
